Merry Christmas

Celebrating all that is good, all that is giving this Holiday season. Thanks for all my friends here on this little on-line experiment. Taking some time away for the next couple of weeks.

Holding us all in the light of mysterious Love, celebrating the birth of Christ consciousness and marking the beauty in nature at Winter solstice- perhaps they are all, we are all one- here & now.
"And it was always said of him, that he knew how to keep Christmas well, if any man alive possessed the knowledge. May that be truly said of us, and all of us! And so, as Tiny Tim observed, God bless Us, Every One!"
A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens

Learning

"I tell you one thing. If you want peace of mind, do not find fault with others. Rather see your own faults. Learn to make the whole world your own. No one is a stranger, my child; the whole world is your own."

On Being Monday

Took an online IQ test today and rediscovered why I used to create random patterns on fill in the bubble standardize tests during school. According to the results, I have no brain.

"So much depends

water

beside the white
chickens"

William Carlos Williams

My father went back to live with my sister today. He left me with a card that said, "Thank you. Can't count the times I've counted on you. Love Dad." Our little family is really all he has.

The high tomorrow is suppose to be 82 degrees.

A great friend sent me a book to read, "The Way of The Superior Man."

I am officially the father of a teenager!

We find out this week how much progress my mother has made in beating the cancer in her body. I'm optimistic- and more importantly, so is she.

I've been thinking lately that all that exists seems so very fragile... but thrives anyway.

If Mike Huckabee becomes the next president, I'm moving to New Zealand.
