Random 8
Cyber friend Hamza Darrell Grizzell from Metro Atlanta has “tagged” me on his blog to play “Random 8.”
Here are the rules:
Players start with 8 random facts about themselves. Those who are tagged should post these rules and their 8 random facts. Players should tag 8 other people and notify them that they have been tagged.
So here are 8 random facts about yours truly:
1. While driving, instead of abruptly switching tracks or turning off a song that holds meaning- I slowly turn down the volume, fading the song out. Strange, I know.
2. I enjoy being a Gemini- and so do I.
3. I could easily live most anywhere, city or country, doesn’t matter to me.
4. Our family is traveling to Ireland in August- I feel deeply the trip will change our lives.
5. My idea of relaxation and adventure is to take a long drive, preferably on a road I’ve never driven before, and sample life in small towns, small crossroads. It’s almost inevitable that a song will be written (or half a song- at least) while on my adventure.
6. I find whitewater rafting or simply being on a river enlightening.
7. I recall vividly being three years old.
8. I miss Carolina Pride all beef hotdogs most on my vegetarian diet.
OK, that’s 8. And here are the 8 fellow-bloggers I hereby tag to continue this meme…

Number 2 cracked me up! And it also tells me you have a birthday coming up soon :)
Thanks for tagging me :)
I don't have any blogger friends to tag. but I posted my list anyway.
No. 2 was hilarious :0 My wife is also a Gemini, both of her lol
Peace!
Being on a river, definitely. I'll have to take your word on the white water rafting. I've always thought that looked pretty frightening. Guess I'll have to try it someday and find out...
OT: mojitos are supposed to be made with RUM! You had one with GIN!? That sounds totally weird to me. I think that's called a gin and tonic with mint. 8-)
Strangely enough, The Cheesecake Factory, at least the one in Atlanta, actually makes a good mojito. Since it's a chain, it should be easy to sample one if anyone wants to try it.
So how was your time with Puppetji? 8-) I can't believe I'm going to be forced to watch The Secret in my next yoga teacher training. I'll be meditating on Puppetji.
I've tagged you again, dude: I’ve nominated you for the “Open Mind Blogger Award.” See my post about the award at my Blog of the Grateful Bear, then visit http://politicsandreligion.wordpress.com/open-mind-award/ to claim your award!
